Description

Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning Domains. A must-have for every Elementary Music teacher and for all classrooms.

Named after Benjamin Bloom, this taxonomy of educational objectives was first published in the 1950s. Because it is based on guiding students into using a higher level of thinking skills, it has stood the test of time.

I designed this to go with a fun activity, "Humpty Dumpty," and decided to make it available for everyone. If you are unfamiliar with this sequential set of objectives, Google it and read about it.

Base all activities and lesson plans on this taxonomy. If you have it posted and another copy in your lesson plan notebook, you'll find yourself using these objectives to measure everything you do.

We want our children need to learn how to think and problem-solve.
